We came across multiple clusters of these little guys along the pathways at the
Fallen Timbers Battlefield in Maumee, Ohio.
Apparently,
Boxelder Bugs can be quite a nuisance as they like to invade homes, but otherwise they are fairly harmless.
Fairly gruesome bug massacre . . . I guess the carnage is apropos for a battlefield.
