Archin' and such . . .

This past weekend Dudeboy and I joined Vic, Keith and a few other friends for a couple of hikes in the Big South Fork region of Kentucky/Tennessee.  We saw several significant arches and many windows (several of which are undocumented).

Fentress County, TN . . .

The opening of this arch made a perfect outline of a bird . . . a crow maybe?

 Along the way . . .

Mama and baby bear tracks.

There are actually three openings in this photo.

McCreary County, Ky.  Look for the natural bridge about a third of the way down and on the left hand side.

A closer view . . .

The Peculiar Affair of the Green Wallpaper

The past few weeks Dudeboy has been participating in an online course through Coursera called Comic Books and Graphic Novels taught by University of Colorado Boulder professor William Kuskin.  As part of the course he had to submit a creation of his own making.  Scroll through the pdf to read The Peculiar Affair of the Green Wallpaper . . .
